The value for money at Casablu was excellent. The room was well-decorated and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring and finding restaurants. The staff treated us kindly and gave us great recommendations.

The location was incredible, with jaw-dropping views from the fabulous terrace. The entire house was like a mind-blowing museum, beautifully furnished and decorated. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a super stay, providing excellent restaurant tips and walking directions. The breakfast room was nice, and the breakfast itself was delicious, with fresh scrambled eggs and omelets. Definitely recommend!

The location is in a marvellous spot in a gallery. And it's nestled in a beautiful building right by restaurants, bars and sights, Cerro Alegre, and the hill.

Property was charming, with very pleasant staff and exceptional location easy to park in a quiet street on top of the hill. Location: the hotel was next to the Valparaiso port as well as a gallery. I visited Primer Beso 4-6 minutes walking distance from the venue for a few drinks...

The Garden: Stepping into the garden of this lovely hotel felt like entering a hidden oasis in the bustling city. With its vibrant blooms and peaceful atmosphere, it was as if I had stumbled upon a magical garden from a fairytale.

Power failure during stay.

The view from our room at Casablu was absolutely breathtaking. We could see the port and it was truly mesmerizing. The hotel itself is beautifully restored with modern upgrades and a lot of character. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the breakfast spread was delicious. The location was excellent, with restaurants just around the corner. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great complementary breakfast and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. the location of the hotel was spot on and the balcony views from our room were astonishing.

The walls were thin and we could hear everything going on around our room, which made it difficult to sleep at night. we were overcharged and it took some time to get it reversed and processed.

Great location for walking and finding dinner, fantastic breakfast, well-decorated rooms, loved the showers. No VAT charged for foreigners. Room may not match online pictures, but staff offered other options. Comfy bed, enjoyed late night drink on patio. Got a mini fan for hot room. Views over city were lovely.
